Francotyp-Postalia Ltd is proud to announce that we have been awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) – Postal Goods and Services Framework Agreement (RM1063). The framework is for a three-year period, with the possibility of a 12-month extension at the end of this term.
What does the CCS agreement mean.
We are able to supply the provision of postal goods and services under LOT 5 Franking Machines and Mail Room Equipment (including associated services and Consumables) and in addition LOT 3 Hybrid Mail on Site Solutions to all UK Public Sector organisations required to purchase via a Framework agreement. Crown Commercial Service (CCS), ESPO and YPO have collaborated during the procurement process and worked with stakeholders across the public sector to provide customers with a quick and easy route for buying postal goods and services.

Who are the Crown Commercial Service?
The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is an executive agency of the Cabinet Office, bringing together policy, advice and direct buying; providing commercial services to the public sector and saving money for the taxpayer.
What does it do?
The CCS work with over 1,400 organisations in the public sector and our services are provided by more than 2,600 suppliers to provide customers with a quick and easy route for buying postal goods and services. The agreement was let via an open procedure which is fully compliant with EU and UK procurement rules and regulations.
Who can use its services?
The Postal Goods and Services Framework Agreement (RM1063) can be used by organisations across the UK public sector including central government, local government, health, education, devolved administrations, emergency services, defence and not-for-profit organisations.
